Welcome to Granbury Lake Getaway, our main lake home on Lake Granbury in a quiet gated community about 8 miles from Granbury''s Historic Square. If you have been looking for a lake house where you can bring the boat, spread out with family or friends, and actually relax, this is the one.

On the water

The home sits on main lake with a private dock, a boat lift, and a spacious rooftop deck on the dock itself. Mornings here are the best part of the day. Coffee on the back deck while the sun comes up over the water is reason enough to book.

Room for everyone

The house sleeps 13 across three private bedrooms plus a lower level built for lake trips:

• Master suite with a king bed
• Two additional private bedrooms, each with a queen
• Lower level with a kitchenette and high quality bunks, queen over queen and twin over full
• 2.5 bathrooms
• High capacity washer and dryer, so you never run out of towels

Outdoor living

The outdoor space is the heart of this property. Huge back decks, comfortable outdoor furniture, a grill, a fire pit for the evenings, and a 7 person hot tub for the end of a long day on the water. Parking fits up to four large vehicles.

The area

You are close to everything without being on top of it. Downtown Granbury and its Historic Square are 8 miles away, with local restaurants, live music, and shops around the courthouse. Glen Rose, Dinosaur Valley State Park, and the Fossil Rim Wildlife Center make easy day trips.

Good to know before you arrive

• The home is in a gated community. Drivers must present a valid driver''s license to the gate attendant.
• Please message us with the names of all drivers after booking so we can arrange gate entry.
• Four vehicle maximum due to parking restrictions.
• Guests have access to the main home and the private dock.
