"We had a great stay at Jessica's home -- the view was amazing! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and plenty of space. We enjoyed the dock as well with the kids fishing which was a success! It was an easy drive to restaurants/historic square as well as to Fossil Rim which is a must do. Jessica's description and photos were very accurate which is refreshing on Airbnb and she was very responsive on questions and recommendations. We would be happy to return for another stay!"

"This lake house retreat was the perfect spot for our counseling practice retreat! The pictures don't do the view justice! Check-in/check-out was very simple, and all of our questions were answered so quickly. I was also impressed with how baby-proof and safe the house was, having multiple gates between the dock to access the lake and the back door, and all door handles and cabinets were baby proofed as well. We didn't bring kiddos this time, but as a mom, I thought that was a great touch. Do note the limited parking in the rules, if you have a lot of people, that may be an issue. But we were able to easily carpool. And it was only about 20 minutes from downtown, making it easy to access shopping, the square, and restaurants! Overall we loved our stay and definitely recommend if you're wanting to relax in Granbury!"

"Jessica's house was absolutely perfect for our annual mother/daughter trip! There were so many wonderful extra little touches that made our stay so special! The beds, couches and linens were the most luxurious of any rental we've stayed in before! Kitchen and oven were top notch! We had so much space and felt truly at home. Downtown Granbury was full of shopping and dining gems as well! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Jessica!"

"Pictures do not do it justice - it would require a walk through video to take it all in. If you're able, arrive before it's dark out. Otherwise, you won't get to have your "wow" moment until morning! There were so many little extras that we appreciated: snacks, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of blankets. Do your grocery shopping beforehand. It take 6+ minutes to get from the house to the gate, and grocery is a little drive. There is a house (a quarter mile or so?) down the road under construction, so the road is in poor condition in that place. Drive slow. I imagine they'll probably repair the road once construction is done. We had some scheduling/transportation issues come up and had two adults come in a fifth car for one night of our stay. The gate folks let us leave it at the community gate area, so we were appreciative of them being cool about it!"
